A consumer law and real estate litigation attorney at the Florida Consumer Law Group, Kevin Deeb received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America (Washington, D.C.) in 1995. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate law, condominium law and consumer and commercial litigation, Mr. Deeb is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is duly admitted and qualified to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Currently the President of the South Miami Kendall Bar Association, Mr. Deeb is also a title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and holds a Real Estate Salesman License and is a registered Real Estate Appraiser. He is a current member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar, and is currently a Board Committee Member of Miami-Dade County's Unsafe Structures Board and the City of Miami's Low Income Housing and Finance Committee for the cityâs Business Development Department. His memberships, affiliations and licenses have included the American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, Coral Gables Bar Association and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Mr. Deeb was a former panel member of the Florida Lawyerâs Legal Insurance Corporation. In 2004, Mr. Deeb was the Chairman of the Political Action Committee for the Realtorâs Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RPAC). Before becoming President of the South Miami Kendall Bar Association, he was a Board Director where he headed the Pro Bono Section of the bar and, with the help and dedication of its members, attained the Pro-Bono Voluntary Bar Association of the Year Award in 2010. Mr. Deeb was also a former Director of the Lawyer's Section of the Belen Jesuit Alumni Association and was appointed to the Board of Governors at Florida State University's College of Business.
